advelox How the points system works

As a member of the Advelox© community, you have subscribed to a plan. Each plan gives you access to a certain number of services. (Consult your subscription plan for more info on services) When subscribing a plan, you will be granted with a certain number of points. Points are used to activate the Advelox© services. The number of points needed may vary based on the service you want to use.

  • 1 point for a request to your caregiver during day hours (8 AM till 7 PM)
  • 2 points for a request to your caregiver over night
  • 1 point if you want your medical advice request being managed by the Advelox© ward, only when you exceeded the frequency that is included in your subscription plan.

When all points are used, you will be able to buy new points or/and upgrade your subscription plan.

What is a request for medical advice?

Advelox© has defined the request as following: As a user you will ask a question and you will make sure your question is as complete and detailed as possible. After submission, the request will be answered. 1 point will be debited after this. As long as the conversation is not closed by your caregiver, you can ask additional questions or provide additional info within the same conversation. Each time a new answer is provided, an additional point will be debited. So, it’s key to be as complete as possible from the initial request.

The orange and the yellow one just after the evening meal. First the yellow one.” André submits his answer and closes the conversation -1 Point will be Debited from Jan’s Account.

Conclusion

Be as complete as possible with your initial request. Also, your caregiver is asked to be as complete as possible in his answer. This will reduce the number of points you consume. Of course, some requests may need more than 1 question and answer. It will be up to you to define how many you need and when you want to stop the conversation.
